Anatomy & Biomechanics
Learn how to teach yoga safely to different people (and bodies!). Get a solid foundation on skeletal-muscular systems and the study of movement. Neuromuscular interactions, study of joints along with an understanding of yoga’s impact on nervous and respiratory systems are some of the essential traits of our yoga teacher training.
Teaching Methodology

Develop a unique hands-on tool kit and learn how to use props correctly. Teach(a whole lot) in different group dynamicsdesignedto achieveessential yoga teaching qualities. Have a deeper understanding of yourself, be supported and guided to identify your strengths and difficulties whilst developing your own teaching style!

Philosophy and History

Playful, non-dogmatic and truthful. Be inspired by teachings from main scriptures– from Upanishads to Hatha Yoga texts.
